Commitment to excellence in officiating through learning, feedback, self-critique and fellowship
 Camp goals:

1-     To learn basic and advanced strategies of three person officiating at the women’s collegiate level.
2-     To develop a 3 person philosophy that relates to the NCAA guidelines
3-     To improve communication skills with your partners, players and coaches
4-     To have fun and make the game of basketball a team effort by all those involved.
5-     To create a passion for learning the game of women’s collegiate basketball each and every opportunity you get and seek self-improvement through successes and failures.

What to expect from clinicians:
1-     They will work hard all weekend to see the positive and the negative about your game and look to help you improve. They all have experience and will share things with you and want to help you out.
